The school purposes are:
- Efforts concentration and coordination of young researchers in development of the new information computer technologies, creation of intellectual systems.
- Transfer of experience gained by modern science and knowledge of the scientific youth who make researches in the field of artificial intelligence.
- Recommendations development concerning the training level of specialists in the field of artificial intelligence, developments stimulation of the new methodical materials.

International scientific youth school SMAI-2009 within the Multiconference ICTMR is held from September, 28 till October, 3 in the therapeutic complex “Golubaya dal’”, it’s the best health resort of the known seaside climatic resort Gelendzhik in the Land of Krasnodar. The health resort is located in Divnomorskoye on the Black Sea, there is an excellent beach there. Residence is in the comfortable double rooms.

Format of each page - А5, fields: top and bottom - 2 cm, left and right - 2 cm, text font - Times New Roman Cyr 10, a position of the paragraph tabulation - 1, line-to-line spacing - 1. Tables and drawings (as objects) are to be inserted into the text, they should be entitled. Surnames and initials of the authors - in the right top corner, a font - semiboldface italics, then the interval - 9 points; the title - in the centre, a font - capital semiboldface; an interval - 9 points; the organisation name, city, e-mail authors: a font - italics, interval - 9 points; the text. Bibliographic links - in the Arabic numerals in the square brackets. The literature list - through an interval of 6 points after the text without the paragraph.

I. Participation in presentio
The admission fee for participants from Russia and the near abroad - 2500 rubles (including the VAT).
The admission fee for foreign participants - 4500 rubles (including the VAT).
Participation is possible without representation of reports with admission fee payment.
II. Participation in the correspondence form
The publication of one report – 500 rubles., including the VAT. (In grivnas - at the rate to Natsbank of Ukraine) without transfer.
The publication of one article in the magazine "Artificial intelligence" – 750 rubles including the VAT. (In grivnas - at the rate to Natsbank of Ukraine) without transfer.

III. Residence and meals
Residence and meals at "Golubaya dal’" is included to the voucher.
Voucher cost for one days makes 1700 rubles for one participant (in the two-place room).
