Efforts joining of the scientists from the various countries to develop the basic researches and applied developments in the field of intellectual and information and computer technologies, mechatronics and robotics and their practical realization in various spheres of human activity.

TIME AND CARRYING OUT PLACE
Multiconference ICTMR-2009 is held from September, 28 till October, 3 in the therapeutic complex “Golubaya dal’”, the therapeutic complex “Golubaya dal’” is the best health resort of the known seaside climatic resort Gelendzhik in the Land of Krasnodar. The health resort is located in Divnomorskoye on the Black Sea, there is an excellent beach there. Residence is in the comfortable double rooms.
Multiconference publications
The materials of multiconference selected by Program committees will be published in the incorporated edition including the materials of the local conferences of AI-2009, МСCS-2009, MAC-2009, ER-2009.
The best reports recommended by multiconference, will be published in the form of articles in leading magazines of Russia and Ukraine: “Herald of computer and information technologies”, “Mechatronics, automatization, control”, "Artificial intelligence", «Nano - and micro system techniques».
Reports of AI-2009, МСCS-2009, МАC-2009, ER-2009 (3 pages) are to be send on e-mail: mvs@tsure.ru in the form of a file in format Word for Windows, pkzip. exe.
Reports of Scientific youth school SMAI-2009 (3 pages) are to be send on e-mail: AI_2009@iai.dn.ua in the form of a file in format Word for Windows, a file name - a surname of the author_SMAI_2009.doc.
Format of each page - А5, fields: top and bottom - 2 cm, left and right - 2 cm a text Font -
Times New Roman Cyr 10 points, a position of tabulation of the paragraph - 1, line-to-line spacing - 1. Tables and drawings (as objects) are inserted into the text; they should be entitled. Surnames and the initials of the authors - in the right top corner, a font - semi boldface italics, then the interval - 9 points; the title - in the centre, a font - capital semi boldface; then the interval - 9 points; an organization name, a city, authors e-mail: a font - italics, then the interval - 9 points; a main text. Bibliographic links - in the Arabian figures in square brackets. The literature list goes through the interval of 6 points after the text without the paragraph.

III. Residence and meals

Voucher cost for one day makes 1700 rubles for one participant (in the two-place room).
